Move Out

After you get all of your stuff out, give us a shout! If you were renting, keep in mind that many property managers require you to leave your rental unit in good condition. The less work they have to do after you move out, the more of your deposit you will get back.

If you are selling, a clean and comfortable home will sell best. We will clean out any appliances you are leaving behind, scrub counters, sinks, toilets, tubs and showers. Essentially we will preform a deep cleaning in your home (see checklist), but without any furniture.

Move In

Perhaps you have a hunch that your new home has not been cleaned fully and properly, or maybe you just want an extra cleaning for your own peace of mind before you move all of your belongings into a new home. Before moving in, book a Move-In Cleaning with CleanUp. We will preform a deep cleaning at a discounted (no furniture) rate. We will be sure to scrub counters, sinks, toilets, tubs and showers, and disinfect all the appropriate areas. Moving is stressful enough, let us handle your cleaning.

CleanUp’s Move-In and Move-Out Cleanings involve detailed cleaning with all or most of the furniture gone from your home. Leave your old home in ship-shape for the next resident, or be sure that your new home is nice and clean before you move in.

All Areas

  • Clean, wipe, dust as applicable, reachable windowsills, windows (inside), and window tracts.
  • Wipe-down (disinfect) doorknobs, light switches, stair rails, as applicable
  • Sweep/vacuum and mop as applicable (stairs included)
  • Clean all mirrors
  • Dust and/or wipe all baseboards and doorframes
  • Remove cobwebs from corners and other applicable areas

Bathrooms

  • Clean and disinfect bathtubs, showers, counter-tops, sinks, and toilets scrubbing where applicable
  • Clean all mirrors
  • Wipe-down inside and fronts of cabinets and drawers and remove debris as applicable

Kitchen

  • Clean inside refrigerator
  • Clean inside oven
  • Clean and disinfect counter-tops, stove-tops, and sinks, scrubbing where applicable
  • Wipe-down fronts of appliances
  • Clean inside microwave
  • Wipe-down inside and fronts of cabinets and drawers and remove debris as applicable
